Delete your account

You can delete your MindGuardian account and all associated data at any time.

From the app

1. Open MindGuardian and go to Profile / Settings.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Send a request to contact@mindguardian.app from the email address linked to your account (or tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google). We will verify the request and delete your account, mood entries, journal content and conversations within 30 days.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play and must be cancelled there separately.
